Ask Mercedes - an intelligent virtual assistant

The Ask Mercedes App is a intelligent virtual assistant which is helping the user with different technologies to expand his/her knowledge about features of Daimler cars.

The user is able to ask the Ask Mercedes App via a Chat Interface certain questions about Daimler, Daimler Cars, and other car related topics. The Information will be presented via texts, pictures, movies. Updates will be provided continuously.

Possible variations to your vehicle may not be taken into account as Mercedes-Benz constantly updates their vehicles and equipment to the state of the art and introduces changes in design and equipment. Ask Mercedes describes all standard and optional equipment for a fully equipped vehicle. Note, therefore, that your vehicle may not be fitted with all features described. This is also the case for systems and functions relevant to safety. Country-specific deviations are possible among the various languages.

Under no circumstances does this version of the Owner´s Manual replace the printed Owner´s Manual which was included when the vehicle was delivered.

The user is able to explore his car via an AR Mode inside the App.
